Spatula Carving Using Axe & Shave Horse

Service Description

This is your chance to have a go at carving a wooden spatula starting with a log which you will split. You will be taught how to safely use an ax to carve your rough spatula shape which you will then refine on the shave horse and, finally, finish with a knife. By the end of the session you will have carved your own spatula to take away with you. Some previous experience of using a knife for carving wood is useful though not essential.
